Baghi’s is an independent bakery business, born in 2013 by Fabio Pellizzari and Riccardo Gasparin, in Treviso, Italy. They specialise in producing the most delicious, artisan Panettone, baked in Weck glass jars and made using Italian stone ground flour, leavened using live mother yeast, butter and eggs from local farms - just as it used to be! Only the best quality raw materials are used - no additives, dyes or other chemical "helpers" are needed. Panettone must simply be the fruit of good ingredients, a lot of dedication and above all, a lot of patience! Baghi's entered the Great Taste awards for the first time in 2017 and were awarded with 3 star ratings for both the Torchiatone and Limoncello panetonnes - a truly outstanding achievement.
