Baghi's is run by Fabio Pellizzari and Riccardo Gasparin in the Venetto region of Northern Italy. Their truly artisanal panettone is leavened with only live mother yeast, produced with stone-ground flour, quality butter and fresh eggs, without dyes and preservatives. This exceptional range of panetonne includes varieties to tempt all tastebuds, augmenting the classic panetonne with quintessential Italian flavours such as Limoncello, Vermouth and Grappa.

Baghi's entered the Great Taste awards for the first time in 2017 and were awarded with 3 star ratings for both the Torchiatone and Limoncello panetonnes - a truly outstanding achievement.
