Soft leavened cake made with stone ground flour from Italian wheat, free-range fresh egg yolks from local farms, Belgian butter, natural mother yeast and enriched with Limoncello liqueur and candied lemon.

Leavened for 60 hrs then cooked in a Weck glass jar.

Made without any preservatives or additives.
