La Lieutenante

In the very heart of Provence, Laurent Bélorgey's family olive grove covers 48 hectares and boasts 13,000 olive trees planted gradually from generation to generation. On average, they produce between 20,000 to 30,000 litres of olive oil a year.

Grossane, Salonenque, Béruguette (also known as Aglandau), and Verdale des Bouches-du-Rhône are the four varieties of olives which, through a subtle blend, provide the typical character and rich variety of aromas and flavours of their olive oils from the Vallée des Baux de Provence P.D.O. : Grand Cru Vert and Grand Cru Noir.
