Soft leavened cake with stone ground flour from Italian wheat, free range fresh egg yolks from local farms, Belgian butter, natural mother yeast and enriched with candied black cherries and Ratafi cherry liqueur.
Leavened for 60 hours and then cooked in a Weck glass jar.
