Mimo Wood-Fired Piquillo Peppers (6x250g)
Preserving vegetables has a long tradition in the northern Spanish territory of Navarra. Piquillo peppers are named for the triangular shape, and they are a delicacy, sold fresh in autumn and conserved for year-round eating. Mimo's piquillo peppers have been roasted over an open flame, lending them a smoky flavor. Harvested, roasted, peeled and packed by hand, they are a hard-to-find artisan product.
Use anywhere you would usually use roasted red pepper. Delicious on tuna and in salads.
